Very happy with the whole process of buying a sofa from Old Boots. We initially booked an appointment to go to the showroom to test and measure for a small sofa for our little cinema room. The costumer service in the showroom was exceptional, we were given various samples to bring back home to decide which leather would suit the best. After some measuring back at home, we placed order online on a Snuggler in anti-scratch leather. We were kept well-informed throughout the whole process. However, on the day of delivery, the wrong sofa was sent to our address. I contacted Old Boots immediately, and had a really quick response from them. They confirmed that the wrong sofa was loaded, and they are chasing the delivery company to rearrange a new delivery asap. We received our sofa roughly a week after that, and we are very happy with it!
