I have had a few issues along this journey that did annoy me - visited the new shop in Fulham to look at selected sofas but only to find it was a partial wasted journey, I did however manage to look at the colour and type of leather I wanted - I then placed my order and paid my money - numerous delays with manufacture dates and I was not updated but needed to push and ask for updates which I was given - The delivery date was cancelled as the van boke down ! which was annoying as I had sold and delivered my old sofas to the new owners so I was ready for the new, but another week went past for me sitting on the floor :-( The sofas did arrive and I am very pleased with the end result which does go someway to wipe out problematic issues in the early stages - they look great and they are comfy but only time will tell how well made they are and how they will last ! watch this space and I will update
