Ordered the Hepburn small sofa and an armchair to have for Christmas. Ordered well in advance to ensure delivery as the world has gone a bit mad this year and it is hard to rely on anything. Old Boot were great at keeping in touch to update me on my order and it was actually myself holding things up - foam or feather or both? Scotchguard or not? Lots of options. I even had to postpone delivery as we hadnt finished decorating, which was not a problem to them. The delivery service was equally amazing with positive, helpful communication throughout. The furniture is very comfy and looks great in pine and honey velvet. The only issue we had were the legs, as the manufacturer had changed the style from the website and we were left a bit confused and had to email for clarification. If we had permitted the delivery folks to unpack and attach the legs ( as is standard) we probably wouldnt have even noticed. Despite this I received really prompt responses to my emails over the Christmas holidays and the offer of whichever legs I prefer. I will be looking for new sofas for other rooms at some point too and will happily return to old boot sofas.
