I placed my order for my Old Boot Snuggler over the phone, never having seen the range other than online. I was given a very accurate time frame for completion of the order and was kept up to date with progress which was unexpected and reassuring. My queries were answered promptly with a very friendly attitude. Then my Snuggler was delivered. It's gorgeous. If I had the space I would buy more from the range.
