Would like to personally thank Zoe and the delivery driver that drive a three hour round trip to deliver my sofa on his Saturday off . You both went above and beyond for a situation that was out of your control , this shows an outstanding level of customer service . My Alfie is a stunning piece of craftsmanship and really looks stunning . I was initially very wary of ordering as I couldnt make it to see your showroom but I got a feeling from the first time I called up to order my swatches and from the excellent reviews that my trust wouldnt be let down , For someone who has only ever ordered from dfs before , I would thoroughly recommend using old boots as I have a far superior sofa for a very reasonable price . Thanks again Zoe , I will be back to order a chair to match when Ive talked hubby into an extension !!
