The company claimed that when validating my no claims bonus of 20 years discount, they were informed that this was incorrect and they were going to increase the amount for the insurance by another £98.89, despite the fact that I had sent them proof from my previous insurer. I have never had any problem in this respect before, and was disappointed to receive such a letter.
However, I am pleased to say that the matter was resolved when I went on the Live chat line, and I am grateful to Harry (HE4), for sorting things out so quickly.
