PS1 was really patient & helpful as I had a plethora of questions. I came away with all the information I needed & a good price too (she even apologised during the chat for making a mistake along the way which she soon corrected). I liked that. However the chat window timed out before I could find the button to request the transcript so I needed to call again & spoke to AB9 who was able to email it me. However, I later had to call again & spoke to Harry to request AB9's transcript (again the windows for both AB9 & Harry closed too quickly before I could request one). I like the idea we can have a record of the chat but can I request you make the chat window clearer & more accessible. It's also really difficult to wait for an operator if you're using a computer as the wait times can be quite long & you can't leave the screen. Overall pleased with the outcome tho
