I had a renewal for my car and needed to make a change to my circumstances. This was done easily via the online chat with the agent BN1. The requote was too high and I told BN1 that I would be looking to renew elsewhere. After discussion a new price was agreed and I was satisfied with the outcome. BN1 was willing to listen to my concerns and lowered the price accordingly. Good customer service that left me pleased and satisfied.
