I was unable to change my details on the portal so I logged onto live chat. After a few minutes JA7 (Jack) introduced himself and asked how he can help. He was surprised that I couldn't do it on portal so he kept the chat open so I could try again. When I couldn't he offered to amend it for me. He had been authorised to do it at reduced fee of £5. He swiftly sorted this using my PayPal. The whole thing was done in less than 5 minutes. Very polite and helpful young man JA7. Very easy to relate to. Strangely it was like messaging my son to help do something for me. He seems a very nice person. His customer service was excellent and he deserves to be recognised for it. Thank you JA7
