Their website isn't the greatest, it wouldn't take a payment by card or PayPal, and their queue to get through to their Chat took forever!!
However I got through to Agent NO2 and they took my payment on the quote the website generated manually for me. So thanks for that No2 - you get 5stars, the website and the queue to get through to you was not so good.
