The both spent a considerable amount of time sorting out policy changes and errors that I had made!!
Initially I found it difficult not being able to talk directly to a human, but I quickly got used to it and it probably led to a calmer and more focused conversation!
At the end of the communication, I was offered a very competitive price for my policy renewal!
