GF7 was helpful. He responded at 09.00 on both occasions I called and sorted out the automatic renewal. After I then received a letter saying the policy would autorenew and on my second call, he assured me the autorenew had indeed been cancelled.
The way in which One Click made it so difficult to cancel the autorenew was extremely irritating and was the main reason why I have switched to another insurance provider.
Customer service from GF7 was excellent. Overall customer service from One Click was terrible.
