I used the chatline as telephones are unheard of with this company. AP7 came on the line at 17.20 yesterday. We hadnt finished the transaction and at 17.29 and 50 seconds she terminated the call as she was due to go home. I called again earlier today and I explained yesterdays situation. She replied 'unfortunately that didnt happen' I am aware I am 63 but i am also intelligent enough to know she terminated the call but then tried to say it was my fault the chat had ended. I cannot believe she was actually saying it was me. I am extremely au fait with modern technology and find it offensive when someone tries to say it was me. One click clearly states business times are until 17.30. How convenient is shuts off at 17.29 and 50 seconds. I wont be renewing next year as i would prefer to actually talk to someone on the telephone.
