I used the on line system. I found it very helpful, easy to use and very quick. I was so impressed with the assistant Adam - AB9. He answered all my questions concisely, told me everything I need to know, and very efficiently and politely came back with a cheaper insurance quote which I renewed. Although I am traditionally slightly sceptical about on line chats I must say Adam was very helpful and although it is not possible to tell online who I was dealing with I felt he was genuine and decent individual and I can only say my experience with insurance renewal was very positive.
