I had a very difficult situation. The car to be insured belonged to my husband, who had died 12 weeks earlier and I needed to send proof of my no claims bonus, so I sent a copy of my AA insurance for my VW Golf. The agent, AB9, needed a bit more - eg, the renewal email reminder from my husband's previous insurer, Ist Central, which I did as a screenshot, but I couldn't access my husband's account with them, as I didn't have his passwords - all things you don't think of when someone is dying of cancer. Anyway, AB9 was extremely helpful and patient, and was able to resolve things from his end using the documents I had uploaded. So I am immensely grateful. His understanding at such a difficult time was very much appreciated.
