As many here said, the customer service is garbage and a woman from the popcultcha store when I called was unbelievably RUDE and did not even have the capacity to explain the return policy properly. Then she proceeded to snicker several times when I asked for more clarification as I am an international customer. How dare you laugh and snicker at a customer because of YOUR lack of ability? Disgusting. No other worker was clear about the return policy either, it was so strange how much confusing they were making it as possible. I have not even received my order yet for over a month, and am now worried about getting damaged products like other reviewers here. I wish I got that snickering bi*ch's name so I could let others know. Also, site kept malfunctioning when over 3 items were added to cart. So what if they "have" what you need? With this level of disgusting service, no one would wanna bother. Plenty of competitors who deserve your business and money. Don't shop from popcultcha lest you want your own loss.
