Product arrived with missing part. The staff said they never mentioned such part was included. The part was included and shown in the official video of the manufacturer. Sent me a returned product and denied part missing. Asked me to pay my own postage to return. Dirty trick of selling and hope customers to keep defect products with high return postage fee. Report to ACCC.”

When trying to contact customer support, i always get disgusting treatment and tons of bullsh1t.
They keep saying: it just delayed due to logistical issues resulting from the volatile military situation in the region.
So one package from 27/4/24 here
2 packages from 24/5/24 here... and my 2nd package from 27/4/24 went to fight in Gaza...
Ordered from them mystery horror box and got 2 duplicate funkos - i contacted customer support and all they said was "oops"”
“Avoid!! Lists items not in stock and only wants to give gift cards instead of refunds. Go anywhere else for your items. And when the items they do have arrive THE BOX IS ALL DAMAGED, so buy collectables elsewhere.”
“We preordered this back in the early days of October. The website at the time of order had issues and I was only able to purchase this item as a guest. Fortunately, an email with the order number was received via my email. When we bought this item, the website had ETA set to November and here we are close to Christmas and no word from the company about it's arrival. I called to find out what was going on and was told that it could take years for preorders to arrive and that anyone with any common sense would know this. I am appalled at the lack of concern and attitude I received from their staff about my order. They're happy to take your money but don't care if they fulfill your order and don't care about providing good customer service either! No apologies, nothing... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!”
“my funko pops arrived damaged. terrible packaging. Popcultcha needs to educate themselves on how to package their funko pops with care. they believe using ONLY their thick cardboard box is considered "great packaging" when it is NOT great packaging at all because the funko pops will STILL get damaged through mishandling of packages by the couriers if there is no protection inside it from being double boxed or using bubble wrap like other funko pop sellers use.
even worse, Popcultcha refused to give me a refund and they ONLY give you a replacement damaged box if you make ANOTHER order, which is REALLY messed up. why would i want to make another order when you failed my first order?? their logic makes no sense. i'm uncomfortable doing business with Popcultcha due to their bad ethics and behaviour concerns. terrible service and a bunch of scammers. this is unprofessional and unacceptable. waste of my money that i can never get back.
don't shop here - stick to the funko pop stores that ACTUALLY know what they're doing!! i had one of the worst experiences ever shopping with Popcultcha, so take my word for it and steer clear. i have attached photos of my damaged funko pops in my review so everyone can see how bad the damage is. if you're a serious funko pop collector like myself who REALLY CARES for the condition of the funko pop box, i highly DO NOT recommend shopping here unless you don't care to waste your money”
“I ordered 4 funko pops and they all arrived damaged due to terrible packaging. I asked for a replacement but PopCultcha said they can’t replace it, which was stupid cuz i just wasted my money so i told them that i will re-order these 4 same funko pops again but i need them to write a note on my PopCultcha account to double box my funko pop so it doesn’t arrive damaged the second time. They used to double box my funko pops and now they stopped. I wrote to them again and asked them to reply to my note request before proceeding to order again. They ignored me. As a serious funko pop collector, i’m very disappointed. PopCultcha says on their website that they take great pride in packing their funko pops but i didn’t receive the service that they described. Instead, PopCultcha does a terrible job packing my funko pops. Highly not recommended if you’re a serious funko pop collector like me”
“Bought 2 pop vinyls. Received only one that cost $120 and box was bent badly. They took THREE WEEKS to reply to my email and asked for photo evidence. I did that and they replied with 'the item is intended to be taken out of the box'!! As a collector that would immediately kill the resale value! Why ask for a photo if you didn't intend to follow up on it? After over a month and I'm still waiting for the other item - they'll take your money saying it's in stock and then blame their suppliers for not delivering and don't notify you that it's unavailable - but they'll greedily take your money in the meantime!”
“Absolutely awful customer service. My delivery went missing, and they argued with me instead of trying to help me investigate the issue. They insisted that they couldn't give me a refund for the missing products, and showed absolutely no concern whatsoever. Furthermore, I made a request for my other preordered, unshipped items to be refunded so they changed their status to shipped and claimed that those preordered items had actually been shipped months ago.
I have since confirmed with the couriers that the tracking numbers given to me by Popcultcha for these "delivered" items actually belong to other people.
They will argue and argue with you, and refuse to take you seriously. I'll never purchase from Popcultcha again.”
“I ordered my items on 3 December they weren’t processed until the 15 December when they were collected for shipping. It’s now Christmas Eve and the items I order for Christmas gifts are still nowhere to be seen. The tracking status hasn’t moved since the 15 December so I have no idea where my items are. I attempted to call the delivery company with no answer. Terrible service all round really! I won’t purchase through them again that’s for sure!”
“Has gotten worse over the years but honestly never had really good customer service. Unfortunately, I can hardly recommend this shop. If e.g. If Funko Pop figures are shipped and the figure's box is damaged, it will be understood that only the figure is inside and damage to the box will not be accepted as damage to the figure as a whole. Even with Paypal you have no chance of a buyer protection case. If you're really a collector, don't order here, you'll only get poorly packaged goods here and the customer service doesn't know what they're doing and often simply cancels orders that were actually available. Absolutely not recommended!”
“I’ve ordered two products, after almost a month without getting any updates on the shipping I contacted them via email, they answered that they don’t know what happen to my order, never supplied a tracking number and avoided my questions how come that a month has passed and they don’t even know when my shipment will ship. One of the worse customer services I had, very long waiting times and very unpleasant experience, don’t buy from them if you want your products to be shipped fast and with tracking number”
“Unfortunately I ordered 2 products with popcultcha months before Christmas but as the order arrived end of November I noticed only 1 product in the box.
The invoice stated they gave me a voucher for the price of my original product only rather than the product itself.
I called and they stated they are out of stock of the product and will not order anymore back in ever.
Online, the product still states it is in stock.
They have refunded my money which Is why I gave them 2 stars rather than 0, but the lack of communication about the problem was so rude. Obviously before Xmas I needed my gift and the fact that they didn't say anything about being out of stock until after it arrive was so unfair, there are now no stores who can deliver before Xmas and If I had only been aware of the issue earlier, like, as soon as they as a company realised, it would have been easy to rectify.
I rarely shop online and this is just a terrible experience of another online shop 😔

“Shipping service is so poor. I purchased my order on 19/10 and was only shipped it today 2/11. 15 days later.
They claim it's due to being busy but as a company you should cater for busy periods & surely you'd want to always be busy?
