Exactly the same feedback as previous comments. My parcel was damaged during trafic, I sent them a message with pictures, no answer, 4 weeks later I sent a message on Facebook (some people told me they answer quicker there) but the message was never readed. I sent another email and still no news. They only send the automatic messages saying that they are busy and will come back to you but this never happens. It’s actually frustrating to see how "busy" they are doing videos on they Facebook Chanel but are not able to answer customers. One thing is sure I won’t order anymore from their website. Sad to see that it’s all about getting money but for me it’s the costumer satisfaction the most important.
