Would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a pre-order at the beginning of the year which had an ETA of March. It's now a full 6 months past that ETA and no update of where this is despite them currently selling a SECOND preorder of the same item. Contacted them in May, first email was ignored, second email took 4 weeks to get a reply. They sent an automated response which basically said they couldn't keep to their ETA dates and had no idea when they could fulfill orders. The fact they're selling a second batch when they admit to not having a clue when they'll be able to even fulfill the first batch is beyond bad business practice. Pretty sure that would almost border on theft....would not recommend and am surprised they can stay in business if they treat all customers and all orders this way.
