Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Emails go unanswered for weeks and then you get a generic cut and paste response that does not even answer the question you asked. I have had an order in since March 2021. After I enquired as to an eta I was eventually told it would be June. Now I’m told it will be March 2022. A full year after placing my order. They state covid as the problem of course and state that they can’t get shipments through, Funnily enough I could place my order for the same item through Amazon Australia today and have it in under a week. I have no idea how a company that does not even bother replying to emails for weeks on end can stay in business. This will be my last ever order through them. I would rather pay extra and deal with reputable companies
