Absolutely disgusting customer service. Constantly ignored and lied to. I’ve been waiting two weeks now for a preorder pop that recently came in stock after I ordered it last year. My friend ordered five months after me and received his. When I called to ask where mine was they claimed it would be five business days (but they didn’t expect it to be that long) and that it wasn’t in chronological order. Fast forward 7 business days and I still have no pop. When I called again they said it was done in chronological order and my turn would be soon. When I said that my friend who ordered after me already has his and that the other person told me differently he went completely silent and couldn’t provide an answer. Don’t waste your time and energy. So much worse than they ever were before. Using covid as an excuse for poor organisation and appalling customer service.
