They just emailed me that they'd closed my order and gave me a gift certificate or refund without any explanation. But before I replied to their email they just send a gift certificate which I didn't agree to have. Replied through email to them that I want a refund rather than the gift certificate 2 days later still no refund no email back from them. This company is terrifying and has a horrible customer service. I'd never experience this kind of problem until popcultcha. I will never order from them again. I need my refund.
