Has gotten worse over the years but honestly never had really good customer service. Unfortunately, I can hardly recommend this shop. If e.g. If Funko Pop figures are shipped and the figure's box is damaged, it will be understood that only the figure is inside and damage to the box will not be accepted as damage to the figure as a whole. Even with Paypal you have no chance of a buyer protection case. If you're really a collector, don't order here, you'll only get poorly packaged goods here and the customer service doesn't know what they're doing and often simply cancels orders that were actually available. Absolutely not recommended!
