Absolutely awful customer service. My delivery went missing, and they argued with me instead of trying to help me investigate the issue. They insisted that they couldn't give me a refund for the missing products, and showed absolutely no concern whatsoever. Furthermore, I made a request for my other preordered, unshipped items to be refunded so they changed their status to shipped and claimed that those preordered items had actually been shipped months ago. I have since confirmed with the couriers that the tracking numbers given to me by Popcultcha for these "delivered" items actually belong to other people. They will argue and argue with you, and refuse to take you seriously. I'll never purchase from Popcultcha again.
