Order at the end of April, delivery time 20-25 days, first package rejected by German customs, second sent, customs rejected again, asked DHL, every package that is rejected by customs receives information on the package, which was the reason for the rejection, support claims the first package had no information, the second package was still at customs in DE when asked, which was wrong and the DHL employee also confirmed to me that the third package was already on its way and they only ever send a new one when the other one comes back, According to Australia Post Tracking, the third package is still in your department store after more than two and a half weeks. Support said I should chill and get in touch again at the end of July. What can customers expect here? Excellent doing nothing, service that would be faster if I flew there and did it myself, distortions of the truth that even politicians get jealous and have no idea how international shipping works, but let's just send "mate".
