We preordered this back in the early days of October. The website at the time of order had issues and I was only able to purchase this item as a guest. Fortunately, an email with the order number was received via my email. When we bought this item, the website had ETA set to November and here we are close to Christmas and no word from the company about it's arrival. I called to find out what was going on and was told that it could take years for preorders to arrive and that anyone with any common sense would know this. I am appalled at the lack of concern and attitude I received from their staff about my order. They're happy to take your money but don't care if they fulfill your order and don't care about providing good customer service either! No apologies, nothing... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!
