I purchased lots of Funko POPs from POPcultcha over the past 3 years. Most of them in great condition (not always but better than Amazon) and good packing. Lots of US Exclusives made valuable to the rest of the world. They will not give a money refund EVER ! You can get a refund code to buy in the store again (such in a case of defective product that they will tell you do destroy and take a photo). There is a pennies system to make things slightly cheaper.
Not sure it is the cheapest option for US citizens but it is pretty good for the rest of the world.
