I have used Proflowers multiple times over the years. I had the opportunity to see in person the bouquet I sent recently. I was dissapointed with the size for the price. I reached out to customer service and they were prompt in offering me a percentage back, as well as reaching out to the delivering florist. I am satisfied. Hopefully next time, I won't be dissapointed.
