Phil m them from now on thankyphil Store manager waited on me to purchase twin xl extra firm mattress showed me his recommendation and offered 2 day delivery they came at agreed tie very professional Unmfortunately within 30 days it failed not raymours fault talked to Phil he sent out tech and call me the following day and said it passed manufacture specs I explained that when sat on it collapsed on the edge so bad it was hard to get in I was told he remembered me and my back problems and delivered a replacement my only hope is manufacture takes car of raymour the way Phil felt with me this is the proper way to handle customers I will buy all my furniture from Phil from now on Thankyou Phil Thankyou raymour.
