Unmfortunately within 30 days it failed not raymours fault talked to Phil he sent out tech and call me the following day and said it passed manufacture specs I explained that when sat on it collapsed on the edge so bad it was hard to get in I was told he remembered me and my back problems and delivered a replacement my only hope is manufacture takes car of raymour the way Phil felt with me this is the proper way to handle customers I will buy all my furniture from Phil from now on Thankyou Phil Thankyou raymour. “Order promised 3 days or less. It took two weeks only after I called them. Furniture assembled damaged and drivers never disclosed the damage. I had to call to get an exchange and they sent a repair guy instead to spray paint my new dining room set. I highly recommend not buying their over priced junkie furniture.”
“My home was destroyed after Hurricane Sandy and I needed to purchase furniture for the entire downstairs. I ended up buying it all at Raymour and Flanigan in Carle Place, NY, order# 03043H5GIPF, dated 3/04/13. The salesman suggested using their special 60 month financing through Wells Fargo which I took advantage of. He confirmed and explained that monthly payments were not necessary and as long as the loan was paid in full by the 60th month, it would be considered current and paid in full. I question him again and he said with 100% certainty that these are the terms.
For 57 of the 60 months I made monthly payments anyway as it was easier for me. Three times I sent payments in late.
The loan is now satisfied.
This summer I applied for a loan and had issues getting approved because of those three late payments.
I contacted Raymour and Flannigan CEO's office and three times left a message with his assistant and she never returned my call. Out of frustration I then contacted the manager of the credit department who said prior to my purchase they did offer those types of terms, but not anymore and the salesman's was incorrect in telling me that. I then ask for a letter from the credit manager explaining this was the reason my payments were late to forward to Wells Fargo. My hopes were Wells Fargo would change their reporting to the credit bureaus. The manger agreed to send it. When I followed up I was then told he didn't believe me and wouldn't write the letter.
If their team isn't responsive, honest and doesn't convey accurate information to customers than why do business with them??
Would never buy from them again!”
