Also, most buyers now are looking online before they walk out the door, so if you have a great presentation in your pictures you are half way there. With Revive I have been able to help clients redo their places from minor sprucing to a total renovation and the homes come out so much more sellable and lovely. Not everyone has the funds to renovate their home for sale, which is how home flippers make their money. This service allows my clients to literally flip their own home. Revive also helps finance the staging. In today’s market staging is also key. It gives a sense of proportion both in wandering through a home and also in the photography and video that you can’t get in a vacant unit.
