My rating does not apply so much to the product but rather to the customer service. I reached out about 3 weeks ago about a defective snap button on the trousers I purchased. At first, the customer representative has been very responsive and helpful. She informed me that I would get a replacement pair for free which is more than generous. I asked for a shipping update, and after not hearing back for a few days, I kept following up. I keep getting told that the replacement trousers have been shipped but I still can't get a tracking number. To get a response from the same representative, I have to continue to keep reaching out. I've been buying Roarsome clothes for my kids for a couple of years now. I've never had an issue with quality until this button, and I love the design. But this customer experience has been disappointing to say the least.
