This pillow has literally changed my sleep pattern. I realised i had to do something ... A very sore 'locked' neck and shoulder were causing insomnia and i have (over the last couple of years) struggled to sort it out with physio and exercise alone. I bought the pillow a couple of weeks ago and took to it straight away. The improvement in my neck pain is huge. We're going away this weekend and im taking it with me !
