There is nothing wrong with the products they are all fine thank you. However I wish to take issue with your post and packing charges. The only option for service was £18 for next day delivery. I didn't need it the next day so why isn't there an option for a cheaper service? I ordered the items on Friday 13th and whilst I appreciate it may have been too late for a Saturday delivery I did at least expect it to arrive on Monday 16th. It didn't actually arrive until Wednesday 18th, received from a very surly driver (that's not your fault although you may wish to take issue with the company you use).
