This is a properly amazing organisation with an amazing product. I ordered mine a month or so ago, and everything was perfect except it had a weird smell, which didn’t go away despite me airing it out and putting a car air freshener in. I thought I would mention to them on the off chance I got some weird anomaly and I got a message back with a few minutes really apologetic and posting a new one which arrived the very next day…no weird smell, just a perfect bag from a genuinely perfect company!
