Very easy to buy from and a good quality product.
However, what really shone through was their communication. A logistics delay (which was out of Spiral’s control) was communicated well ahead of time, and a free small bag was sent by way of apology.
This proactive customer engagement is the reason I am writing this review. If their product is half as good as their customer service (and I am sure it will have a long life and remain in good shape) then I will absolutely buy from Spiral again. Thanks. Sam.
