I experienced excellent customer service and products from Spiral, having first seen the company on Facebook. With no previous experience, I took a chance and ordered their Transporter Deluxe Backpack and have not regretted it. Not only is the backpack exactly what I was hoping for - well made and functional, yet retaining a sleek modern look - but I was notified by email of a slight delay in my order and offered a choice of refund or free product by way of apology. Not all firms would do that, so I was impressed. The delay was only minor, yet Spiral obviously want to make an impression with their customer service, realising that is a certain way to help build a brand's reputation. They may be called Spiral but dealing with them was very straightforward.
