I bought this program before we were even pregnant, as preparation for breastfeeding. I heard stories of women who were unable to breastfeed or had a lot of trouble doing so and I wanted to be prepared for it without assuming it was just going to happen naturally. Little did I realise that the program was actually an entire suite of prenatal and birth classes which was perfect because during cv I was not able to attend any prenatal classes or birth information sessions. It empowered me to know what to expect during the last trimester, labour, birth, straight after birth, coming home and feeding the baby at different ages. Even right up to introducing food and breastfeeding into the toddler years. As a result of the videos I watched I was confident to make a decision about what I knew was right and to stand up for my instinct and decisions. Cannot recommend more. It's also 40% off today! So worth it! They also have an online support group where you can get help, which, just reading all the other ladies posts got me so prepared for what could come up. Highly recommend!! I had no idea what to expect as a first time mum and my mother and mother-in-law were not much help as they said it was all too long ago 😅 If you want a comprehensive preparation for birth and after this is amazing.
