Well worth the investment if you are a first time parent or have had trouble breastfeeding in the past! My breastfeeding journey with my firstborn was a nightmare. I persevered despite little support (“just put her on formula!” I kept being told…) and solved all the issues over time, but it could have been so much easier if I’d found this program before her birth. Fast forward to baby #2 and I purchased this program and went through the videos prior to his birth. I made sure he got his golden hours and plenty of skin-to-skin contact whilst my supply was establishing, and he had no trouble feeding. So much easier than my first time around, I can’t stress enough how valuable the education this program provides is, and all health professionals that have anything to do with babies should be learning about this method!
