Definitely worth the money. Very supportive community, loads of pre-birth knowledge and education then the focus is on trusting your instincts. This had a massive influence on me trusting myself and my body, wish more women felt that way. We have just successfully weaned too which again I felt I could tackle easily because of the programme. You must watch the videos and then anything can be helped. I have the most content baby and BF has to be a part of that. Treat yourself and trust yourself. Also Dr Robyn is just so lovely, empowering and reassuring.
