As a first time I was unaware of so many things and unfortunately people around you and medical professionals never inform you of. The Thompson method gave me the tools, knowledge and confidence to be able to be prepared for the birth, know of my rights and of course breastfeeding and the importance of the connection between mother and baby. Whenever I had any questions or needed help (I had a difficult start to bf) and the team were amazing. Provided me with guidance and encouragement regardless of my decisions.
