My son is 3 months old, and I have been able to exclusively breast feed him with complete ease and virtually no pain, which I put down entirely to the Thompson Method. I watched the videos during my pregnancy as well as regularly reading the Facebook group which gave me the confidence and knowledge going into the hospital that I was able to breastfeed without issue from day 1. It also enabled me to feel confident about my decision to have a planned c-section, by understanding my options and the implications of them.
