If you are on the fence about joining The Thompson Method community, jump. I had two daughters years and years ago, and Itried breastfeeding both. With both it ended very early. I had no clue what I was doing and I had no help. When my son came along 17 years after my first I knew I wanted to breastfeed. Formula shortage, Formula recalls, I wanted no part of it. So I started researching. In my searches I came across the Thompson method. I debated and was on the fence for a couple of months. But could I really do it all by myself? No...I made the jump. The difference was night and day. It was literally the difference between success and failure. When my boy was born I knew what to do, he latched right on and a year later he is still nursing like a champ. Anytime you have any trouble or questions you have help and it is wonderful.
