Just wanted to shout a big thank you to this method and Dr. Thompson showed me that I was right in thinking there was a better way to breast-feed babies! All my Mother friends that breast-feed told me it hurts like crazy for the first two weeks, but you just have to push through and then after that it’s not so painful. I could barely make it because the pain was so excruciating. But this method saved my breast-feeding journey with my first sonat eight weeks. I breast fed him until just shy of 22 months. I reached out to this group again when my second son was born and we were struggling after four days. Jill Duke was wonderful and so patient in helping me. We are now 13 weeks into our breast-feeding journey, and doing so well! So thank you Thompson method, breast-feeding, group, and all those amazing women who are helping to try and educate the world.
