Ordered a mystery watch in June 2022 that was promised by July 22nd, 2022. It is now September 20th and the watch has still not arrived. Their customer support is next to nothing and offer no solution to the problem other than telling me that the watch is coming from Europe and it will arrive in a couple weeks each time. Timepiece Monthly will not allow you to cancel your subscription until after the next billing cycle, which means I will be charged for a 2nd mystery watch before I even receive the first. At this point it feels like I have been scammed. You're better off avoiding this company if possible, it seems they are no longer of the same caliber from when they began.
