I wish I had quit TPM when my first mystery watch arrived and didn't even come close to adhering to the style and size preferences. I stuck with them though, depositing over $1200 into my Freedom Wallet with them which, after multiple failed attempts to order watches from them that I was told were no longer in stock, I added a little extra to so I could order a couple of newly listed watches I liked the look of back in June 2022. It's now January 2023 and I've just learned that, after I was assured my order was being processed back in August, the company closed in September. At this point I'm inclined to think that my money was used to seed the founder's new Keeper Box venture and that he never had any intention of sending me the watches I bought and paid for.
