SCAM _ BEWARE Do not use this service. The company charges your credit card without authorization and the customer service rep, ANA, is rude and refused to refund the unauthorized charges. In addition, she refused to put me in contact with a supervisor and told me not to correspond again. Here is her response: I am very sorry you continue to be unhappy. Whilst we never wish for a user to be left disappointed I fear that I must now draw this correspondence to a close as I will be unable to provide you with the outcome you hope for.
