I went to my TouchNote account to cancel my membership. After clicking on “ cancel my membership” there was a message that said “sorry to see you go”
I thought I was all set until I was charged a month later. So I went back to my account again and realized that even though I was told sorry to see you go that I also was expected to send a email requesting that my membership be canceled. Pretty underhanded the way they go about it!!!
