The customer service up to the point of delivery was excellent with help working out the most economical way to purchase the slabs for our new patio. We had 3 packs delivered all on pallets. When our builders opened the final pack lots of the slabs were broken, some had large chipped corners and some were broken in 2. The pallet was also very damaged. I contacted customer services and they requested photos which was understandable and I provided several photos and told them how many slabs were broken, our builders then discarded the broken slabs onto the skip, only then for customer services to ask for individual photos of the broken slabs which we couldn’t provide. I have heard nothing since, very poor follow up.
