I have been using their products for months and very impressed! My recent order was a total let down! I ordered a 30ml bottle of Aches and Pains and also a few other oils and a small 10ml rollerball Aches & Pains. I opened the large bottle of Aches& Pains on my bed where I always do and normally apply all oils on my bed. I opened it and took the insert out & out spilled black oil smelling awful and staining my comforter & thru my sheets ( thank goodness I had a mattress protector on my new mattress!! Contacted customer service and had a very helpful rep help me. She offered to send a new bottle. I told her that was unacceptable. I told her the owner or upper management needs to know not just for me but others that could possibly receive a bottle. I also wanted to be reimbursed for the ruined bedding. The rep came back on the phone and said NEIL offered nothing other than a replacement. I was shocked!! They are a BUSINESS and have insurance for such matters. I told her politely I was DONE with the company & thanked her. They refused to let me send pictures as if I was making it up. Never again! I tried loading the pics but the system was down. Also agree with other consumers that were promised $25 off next order and that is bogus!! False advertising!!
